<p>ということで、無糖ヨーグルトに、低糖グラノーラ、フローズンヨーグルトを合わせて、できる限りお砂糖控えめに。</p>
<p>生クリームは、前日作ったサンドイッチの、微妙な残り、最後のひと絞りです。</p>

<p>ブルーベリーも冷蔵庫でゆっくり解凍すると、水分が出てしまわず、みずみずしく解凍されて、美味しいし、扱いやすいです。</p>
<p>今回はヨーグルトに一工夫。</p>
<p>水切りヨーグルトに、ブルーベリーと、クリームチーズ（Kiriの小分け1個分）と残っている練乳をフォークで混ぜ込んで、即席ブルーベリーチーズケーキの層を作りました。</p>

<p>ブレンダーとかミキサー使うと、洗い物が沢山出るので構えちゃうけど、フォークで混ぜる程度なら、少量でも気軽にできますよね♪</p>
<p>そして、これが何しろ美味しかったので、次はこれだけで、リッツでも添えて食べたい！←ほぼお菓子</p>
<p>ということで、朝からご機嫌な櫻田こずえでした。</p>

<p>グラノーラふりかけにちょっとフルーツで、糖質は控えめに、タンパク質を摂る！</p>
<p>誕生日頃までには、毛穴も身体も、シャキーンとしてたい～、毛穴シャキーン。</p>
<p>今朝はカーペット洗いで二人とも疲労しております。</p>
