<p>最近ちらっと見たテレビで、伝説の家政婦志麻さんが、食パンの上に、クリームチーズとはちみつとレモン汁を混ぜたものを塗って、その上からスライスチーズをのせて焼いてたのが、すごく美味しそうで。</p>
<p>冷凍庫にあったイングリッシュマフィン半分を土台に、うろ覚えながら、挑戦。</p>

<p>レモン汁の爽やかさが、あぁ、チーズケーキ！</p>
<p>食パンの白身のやわらかいところで、さらに、上のスライスチーズは2枚重ね（志麻さんは2枚だったけど、家に在庫がなかった）が良かったな。</p>
<p>クリームチーズにいろいろ入れたり（冷凍ブルーベリーとか）、バナナ挟んだり、アレンジしても楽しそうです。</p>
